We are looking for an Account Director to join us and become an integral part of our Sydney team’s growth.

You are an exceptional sales guru that identifies, creates and grows client relationships focused on results, and who can generate revenue. A strategic solutions thinker who understands multi-channel marketing, you have a consultative approach, can learn about a clients business and then apply a solution.
If you have an established network of contacts then we’d like to hear from you. If you know how to network, identify new business opportunities and have exceptional communication and presentation skills then get in touch and sell yourself to us.

We’re looking for someone with real drive who will open doors, pick up the phone, identify opportunities and think creatively. We’re looking for a sales professional who loves a challenge and will look to be rewarded for hitting their targets. Skill & experience:

  • 4+ years as a BDM or Sales Executive or Account Director;
  • Experience in presenting and winning new business
  • The ability to deliver agency budgets
  • A solid professional sales background
  • A desire to win and open new doors – cold calling & networking
  • An ability to close potential opportunities with solid negotiation skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • An ability to develop long standing client relationships
  • A target focused attitude with an excellent track record in sales
  • Digital media knowledge across multiple platforms such as social, networks, programmatic etc.
  • An agency background would be preferred but we’re willing to meet people who have been in the media publishing business or even client side as well.
