With their business undergoing rapid change, NZ Post asked us to reimagine their careers site to showcase emerging technology, exciting opportunities and new pathways. Starting with research and workshops, we gave employees a voice through video and integrated their ATS to ensure a smooth candidate experience. The website also picked up a W3 Silver Award for digital excellence.
