Life's an Adventure at Killara

Villa World’s 725 lot master planned community, Killara, was designed with major parkland facilities including adventure trails and playgrounds, courts, running paths and fitness stations. The adventure themed parkland facilities became the point of difference for launch marketing activities.

Hero Character

The creative team created a movie-style adventure hero to deliver the key positioning: "Life's an Adventure at Killara."

TVC/Cinema

The key asset was an adventure movie-style TVC with a custom music piece from the adventure movie genre. The hero character was Dad, the unlikely hero who delivers a fun adventurous lifestyle for his kids, right here at Killara.

Print/Press Advertising

With the retail message front and centre and the hero character as the key device, this campaign set the benchmark in Logan for new residential addresses. Today, it remains one of the area's best selling land estates.

Signage and Display

Signage played a major role. Chambers Flat Road is a major arterial road and was utilised for billboards approaching the site. The sales centre itself was adventure themed, as was the walking path around the display homes village.
