The Brief
Deliver a creative campaign for MHIAA, supported by an integrated media strategy that would achieve business, marketing and communication objectives of becoming the brand of choice in a highly competitive air conditioning category.
What We Did
Using our robust methodology, NeonLogic created a campaign strategy, mapped out audience segments, the buyer journey and funnels and defined the creative campaign proposition.
Mapping the buyer’s journey ensured key messages and content were being used to nurture the brand awareness, increase the amount of customer touch points, and convert potential buyers into leads.
The TVC became the centre of the campaign and was used to increase brand awareness. Creative ad executions ran across online and offline media channels.
The Results
MHIAA recorded a significant increase in their cashback claims, more than double any campaign run previously.
