The Brief

When filling a large talent pipeline, it was recognised that recruiting casual employees into Red Badge’s events space served as a successful pathway to permanent and full-time positions within the organisation.

 

What We Did

Our concept focused on that key question ‘What’s in it for me if I work here,’ celebrating the truly unique opportunity of being paid to be at popular ticketed events, with absolute flexibility to pick and choose shifts, proudly shouting it from the rooftops via a series of quotes from a diverse range of Red Badge employees to appeal to a similarly broad target audience.​

The Results

The campaign was a great success, with hiring managers reporting both an increase in applications, but more importantly a corresponding increase in quality.
