Shootsta, a leading global technology company specialising in fast, cost-effective video production services, sought to revamp its online presence to align with its updated strategic objectives and market repositioning. The company needed a comprehensive, user-friendly website that could effectively communicate its innovative tech solutions, support its global team, and enhance its engagement with diverse market segments.

What We Did

Using our Bright Thinking methodology we began with an extensive discovery phase, auditing Shootsta’s brand and marketing collateral, reviewing audience personas, analysing the current website, and studying competitors. Workshops with the Shootsta team helped define project goals and content ideas.

We defined clear website objectives and crafted tailored proposition canvases for four primary audience segments. Aligning closely with Shootsta’s brand essence, we enhanced their market messaging and crafted dynamic mood boards. Detailed user journey mapping for each persona, coupled with finalising the information architecture, enabled us to recommend precise content strategies.

The Results

In the 3 months post-launch, the new website has shown significant performance improvements, including a 21% increase in total users, 22% increase in new users, 171% increase in direct traffic, 43% increase in engagement sessions, 10% increase in referral traffic, and a 33% increase in user engagement.
