Attracting Policy Analysts in a tight market.
The Brief
The Policy and Trade Unit within MPI urgently needed to recruit experienced Policy Analysts within a small, talent short market. The aim to make an impactful campaign to attract candidates to the roles.
What We Did
NeonLogic launched a clean, informative, responsive microsite. To effectively and authentically showcase what it is like to work at MPI, six employees were interviewed and asked questions about their MPI career.
The campaign used a combination of targeted digital marketing channels and New Zealand job boards to attract and engage both active and passive job seekers. Posters within the Wellington region were also used.
The Results
MPI were pleased with the large talent pool that was created, and the significantly higher than expected number of new starters.
