88 Walker St represents tomorrow’s workspace – a new office and hotel development and the highest building in North Sydney.
88 Walker St, a commercial development is wholly-Australian-owned property group Billbergia’s introduction to the strong commercial market of North Sydney.
The objective was to attract quality office tenants by developing an asset identity and strong brand message to target those businesses that never stand still – businesses who are destined to rise.
What We Did
NeonLogic developed the marketing, attraction and engagement strategy. A sophisticated brand mark and colour palette was crafted to complement the unique aesthetics of the building.
The campaign was launched to market with PR, and included; signage, B2B communications collateral, photography, video, advertising, and virtual tours which delivered an engaging, fully immersive 3D tenant experience via virtual reality goggles.
The asset website was created with the tenant journey carefully crafted, supported with video incorporating 3D animation to track interaction and enquiries.
The tenant engagement strategy was highly targeted to B2B audiences, with initial presentations and communications resulting in positive and engaged ongoing discussions around leases.
