The Brief

AgResearch engaged NeonLogic to define an Employer Brand that would engage hearts and minds.

What We Did

With insights gathered across multiple job families, NeonLogic identified the ability to ‘shape the future’ as the core Employee Value Proposition. Creative was developed to effectively communicate how AgResearch employees support, guide and create the future and make a lasting difference through their work.

In NeonLogic we found a true partner to help us refresh our employment branding. Working collaboratively, the brand we developed called “Our Future” has been integrated into our new career website and various other items of employee collateral.
