NeonLogic was appointed to create a brand and integrated marketing campaign to achieve presales for a new property development of 118 sophisticated and contemporary residences and luxury penthouses located in Applecross – an affluent and highly desirable suburb located to the south of Perth.
What We Did
Drawing inspiration from Greco-Roman mythology’s Aurora, the Roman Goddess of the sunrise and the personification of dawn, we developed a marketing theme for Aurora that was reflected in the primary brandmark colour palette and branding elements.
Managing an extensive photography and video shoot, NeonLogic captured local culture, hotspots and businesses of the area. The brochure reflected an opulent lifestyle utilising gold foiling to represent the brilliance of a sunrise and the glistening dawn waters of Applecross.
A media strategy based on research and insights determined the channel selection for the campaign. Digital assets played a key role in driving traffic and conversions. Traditional press featured information on the development to generate awareness and spark interest. The campaign was also rolled out across TV, radio and promotional channels.
