The Brief

BDO required a campaign able graduate brand that showcased their unique culture, to make themselves stand out during the busy graduate recruitment marketing season.

What We Did

NeonLogic conducted a briefing session with BDO’s recruitment and marketing leads to gain insight into BDO’s current recruitment brand. We then created an engaging graduate recruitment campaign that focuses on graduates’ lives outside of the office, demonstrating BDO’s commitment to individuality and work-life balance.

The brand was brought to life through photography featuring real BDO graduate talent from offices across New Zealand. We created messaging with a play on words: At BDO, graduate opportunities really ‘add up’! ⁠
