Aligning with best practice understanding that an EVP should evolve with an organisation, the Financial Markets Authority engaged NeonLogic to update and refresh their Employer Brand.
What We Did
Focus groups and research aimed to gather insight around what aspects of the previously completed employer brand had remained stable over time, and what had changed.
NeonLogic identified the three key attractions to a career at the FMA; the ability to lead and influence the market, the opportunities available to learn and progress within the organisation, and the emphasis they put on supporting the lives of their employees outside the workplace.
The refreshed employer brand was celebrated with a launch party, and rolled out across a huge variety of touchpoints, including automated candidate communications, internal employee documentation and collateral, three videos focussing on the value propositions of Lead, Learn and Live respectively, and a redesigned careers site.
