Intelife Brand and Implementation

A not-for-profit organisation enhancing the lives of people with disability through support services and skills training.

The Brief

Intelife, a West Australian based social enterprise approached NeonLogic to deliver their brand refresh, develop the brand position and promote their key service.

What We Did

As part of the research strategy, the NeonLogic team jumped straight into a brand audit and competitor analysis. Defining Intelife’s core business proposition and establishing the best way to communicate their services and what they do was a key focus.

A review of their brand was supported by internal workshops, interviews and focus groups to collect qualitative insights. Using the insights gathered, a new tagline ‘Enabling independence’ was established to sum up their purpose statement and clearly define what they do.

The final stage of the marketing strategy was delivered with a refresh of the overall look and feel of Intelife, complete with a new logo and brand elements designed for consistency across all marketing and sales collateral. A localised brand video was also produced to bring Intelife’s proposition to life and to highlight key areas of their business.
