The Brief

Len Wallis Audio is a high-end audio business in Sydney that specialises in high-end products and home automation solutions. They’re known for their exceptional service and passion for improving lifestyles through entertainment technology. Their expertise, high standards, and experience have earned them numerous awards and a reputation as one of Australia’s best Hi-Fi and Audio Visual design and installation companies.

NeonLogic was engaged to deliver a Marketing and Communications Strategy to help identify target audiences, to better understand their needs and how to  market to them effectively. The purpose of the marketing strategy was to enable Len Wallis Audio to better connect with customers across the various aspects of their business.

 

What We Did

This enabled us to effectively segment the target audiences, assess their specific needs, and develop a compelling marketing proposition. Our team then crafted a sophisticated marketing funnel, complete with a meticulously-designed attraction and engagement strategy, tailored for each stage of the customer journey.

During this phase of the strategy development, it became apparent that a brand refresh was necessary to properly position the business within the market.

The Results

The rebranding effort culminated in a revitalised brand, a refined marketing proposition, and an updated positioning statement: “Sight & Sound, Reimagined.” This powerful declaration was strategically crafted to effectively unify and showcase the full range and calibre of Len Wallis Audio’s offerings, while maintaining the flexibility to accommodate both their product and service lines. The proposition effectively communicated the tangible and intangible benefits of engaging with the business to all potential stakeholders.

To ensure a successful brand execution, the team developed a comprehensive style guide, encompassing updated brochures, advertisements, and corporate livery, in addition to refreshing the website design and optimizing social media channels.
