The Brief
NeonLogic were tasked with attracting the best talent for Fletcher Building’s key divisions; Engineering, Landscaping and Corporate.
What We Did
We created a standalone graduate website, featuring 360 footage and highly engaging content.
The ‘Make Your Future’ graduate campaign was used to drive traffic to this new website and included targeted messaging via Facebook, University events and emails. Students were able to get a real understanding of what it would be like to join the Fletcher’s team by watching videos of previous graduates telling their own story.
