Northland District Health Board Employer Brand
Showcasing true work/life balance in the Far North.
The Brief
Northland District Health Board partnered with NeonLogic to uncover their Employee Value Proposition and create a compelling Employer Brand. The objective was to highlight the benefits of a career with the DHB whilst showcasing the unique and culturally significant place New Zealand’s upper north is to work and live in.
What We Did
An extensive research phase included focus groups, interviews and uncovered the pillars of the employee experience at Northland DHB. This led to a tagline and creative concept development, resulting in “Enjoy the Best of Both” showcasing the real work/life balance on offer.
The Results
The brand has been executed internally, across social platforms and domestic and international recruitment advertising. It’s been extremely well received by current staff and had notable success in recruiting channels.
