NZ Bus engaged NeonLogic to help them create a talent pipeline with an always-on media strategy.
What We Did
NeonLogic developed a refreshed recruitment brand, with accompanying video and photography. We created taglines – Get your career into gear with NZ Bus, Keep your career moving!
The creative was pushed out via an always on, integrated multi-channel marketing campaign that included; radio – both terrestrial and spotify, out of home media including bus shelters, bus backs, digital billboards and Facebook and Google Search, news media including sponsored content celebrating female bus drivers for international women’s day, direct mail drops to targeted suburbs and TV advertising.
