The Brief
With their business undergoing rapid change, NZ Post asked NeonLogic to reimagine their careers site to showcase emerging technology, exciting opportunities and new pathways.
What We Did
Informed by extensive research and workshops, NeonLogic developed a solution that gave employees a voice through video. We also integrated the new solution with NZ Post’s ATS to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
