Royal District Nursing Service (RDNS) - EVP and Talent Attraction Strategy
Attracting registered nurses, allied health professionals and care workers in aged care with a well-defined EVP and memorable creative.
The Brief
Part of the Silver Chain Group, RDNS SA are a not-for-profit organisation delivering community health and care services across Australia.
With over 3,000 staff and 400 volunteers, they assist over 84,000 people of all ages including the elderly, people with disabilities, acute illness and injury to maintain or regain their independence.
RDNS needed to fill current vacancies, while also attracting a pipeline of skilled and motivated candidates for future roles.
What We Did
NeonLogic worked with RDNS to define its Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and develop memorable, compelling communications concepts to attract new talent, as well as help retain and motivate existing staff.
We conducted qualitative research via interviews, focus groups and external market research as well as quantitative research gathered using industry leading tools.
NeonLogic developed the EVP ‘The best care for your career.’ and using strategic findings, we created talent personas for the key RDNS skill groups. These personas represented the sentiments of current employees whilst telling the story of the organisation to prospective talent.
