An Employee Value Proposition to unite RMIT Training’s three very different business units.
As part of a world-renowned university, RMIT Training provides a range of education solutions to students, academics and professionals. RMIT Training were looking to capture their richly diverse culture and bring it to life for current employees and future candidates.
What We Did
NeonLogic created a unifying Employee Value Proposition (EVP) message – ‘Change Lives Through Learning’, and developed a bold employer brand to attract top talent and win the hearts and minds of current employees.
Marketing collateral was created for the launch and included real-life scenes of people collaborating, engaging with students and the RMIT Training culture.
‘Be the One’ messaging was adopted to showcase the variety of ways RMIT Training enables people to make an impact. This was applied across the website and in a supporting EVP video, which was developed to highlight how RMIT Training helped employees change lives through learning.
