RSPCA WA was developing a model for better acquisition and retention of donors, partners and contributors to form an integral part of their annual fundraising program. This model was delivered through a mix of organic, strategic and internal opportunities, with a view to ensure sustainable growth in future years. NeonLogic was engaged to deliver an impactful media advertising campaign and all associated creative assets.
What We Did
NeonLogic supported RSPCA WA in donor acquisition and retention by delivering strategic media placement, creative direction and development of media assets.
We provided media strategy, planning, buying, and reporting. After discussions with RSPCA WA’s teams, we developed a campaign plan, including audience research, creative concepts, recommended media channels, and implementation.
We also conducted a situational analysis, studying market conditions, donor profiles, and audience habits.
The campaign was geo-location targeted to metropolitan and regional WA and targeted RSPCA WA’s core donor profile as well as people who aligned with animal welfare issues, animal interests, and pets, and those more inclined to donate.
Armed with thorough research insights, NeonLogic set about creating a powerful campaign that connected to key audiences, engaged and motivated them, and put donating to the RSPCA WA “front and centre” of their considerations.
