In this role, your strong ‘can do’ attitude and ability to juggle multiple projects will balance your exceptional project management skills.  Utilising every possible media and marketing mix, you will own and manage the relationship with the client on both a strategic and operational level.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Quoting and managing daily campaign requirements and providing strategic advice and effective management of marketing communication solutions.
  • Managing, building and growing client relationships. This includes taking a genuine interest in your clients, their organisation as well as being across their marketing challenges and goals.
  • Actively looking for up-sell and cross-sell opportunities that will solve client challenges
  • Ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
  • Assisting with preparation of engaging presentations and pitches to help achieve new business and revenue targets
  • Running new business activity
  • Overseeing project schedules, setting milestones and budgets

Your skills and experience:

  • 2+ years as an Account Manager with strong demonstrable account management experience
  • Agency experience is essential, experience with employer branding, talent marketing or property marketing is highly desirable
  • Experience in media production across all mediums including digital marketing and social media, TVC/video production
  • A solid understanding of digital and social including being proficient in Google Analytics
  • Demonstrated experience in winning new business pitches and confident in presenting
