About the Role:

As a Marketing & Research Executive at NeonLogic, your role is pivotal, with a twofold purpose:

Driving Growth: You’ll work closely with our Perth team, collaborating with key players like our Director, Business Executives, and Creative Director. Your mission? To identify potential new clients and additional services for existing clients, making sure we’re at the forefront of industry opportunities.

Client Service Excellence: We pride ourselves on outstanding client relationships. You’ll play a crucial role in managing client requirements, ensuring projects stay on track, and even helping identify opportunities for organic client growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & New Business:

  • Engage in active prospecting activities.
  • Be our online opportunities radar.
  • Craft compelling marketing collateral.
  • Dive into market research to spot trends and opportunities.
  • Harness the power of data to drive new business strategies.
  • Be a creative wizard alongside our Creative Director.
  • Help us shine with case studies.
  • Respond to market approaches, RFQs, tenders, and EOIs.
  • Ignite lead generation activities.


Client Management, Retention & Growth:

  • Ensure our clients are well-taken care of.
  • Become a NeonLogic service guru.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with our service partners.
  • Contribute to project management success.
  • Seek opportunities for client growth.
  • Upsell our latest offerings.
  • Assist with client reviews and feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

You should be a stellar communicator, whether it’s crafting written content, engaging in verbal discussions, or delivering compelling presentations. Strong project management and organizational skills are a must, as you’ll be at the heart of our dynamic team. We value your ability to make sound decisions and adapt to changes in our ever-evolving industry. If you’ve had prior experience in an agency environment, that’s a bonus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential. Familiarity with the Google suite and a knack for navigating social media platforms will be valuable assets. Plus, if you’re well-versed in tools like Trello, Later, Mailchimp, and WordPress CMS, you’re off to a great start.

Your attention to detail should be second to none, and you should thriveworking to deadlines. Being a team player is essential, as collaboration is at the core of what we do. A minimum of two years’ work experience is preferred, especially if it includes agency experience. Last but not least, you should hold a tertiary qualification in media, communications, business, or a related field.
